Welcome to flaming June, or have we just had June weather! It has been a sizzling month of May with lots of records broken. Let’s see what June has in store; there are plenty of events to go to this month.

Hello May! Welcome to my May newsletter. It seems this year is flying fast. It’s the last month of spring as we head into summer. April has been an explosion of colour with all the floral displays. It has come much earlier than in previous years, which bodes well for a spectacular summer. Even the bluebells here in Watford were a month early, and they all seemed to happen at the same time with the cherry blossom and tulips.

Day 13 – late night photography at the Eiffel tower. Our last night of the holiday, 2 brilliant weeks. 🙂 (at Eiffel Tower)

Day 12 – Sacrè Coeur, Paris. Definitely a place to see when visiting Paris. (at Basilique Du Sacré Coeur Paris,France)

Day 11 – Geneva, long exposure of the lake with the water spout. Needed longer in the city to explore maybe another time. (at geneva)

Day 10 – Chamonix, looking towards the mountain peaks around the town. Stunning scenery although much colder from what we were used to in Italy.
