2015 a year in photos – Part 2 of 3

This is the 2nd part of my blog about the photos I have taken in 2015. You can read the 1st part here. The 2nd part is from May to August with the height of spring and summer.

Some of the highlights include being invited on to a tour of Tower bridge with the new glass walkway. Rebecca Ferguson & Ronnie Scotts All Stars band in Watford and being able to visit the amazing  Art15 show before the public back in May. May was also the month where I had an exhibition of 3 of my photographs.

Urban village Fete
in Greenwich, this fete takes place in the Greenwich Peninsular. It is free and celebrates the best of design, music, art, innovative events and modern craftsmanship. Gilles Peterson curated the music with lots of performances by various jugglers.

Art 15 at Olympia the amazing show if you love art it is the place to visit in May. 

The 3rd art fair took place in May 2015 featuring 150 galleries from 40 different countries. There were some beautiful works from artists around the world below are some of my favourite pieces at the event.

Tower Bridge Tour

I had been looking forward to going up tower Bridge for some time and last week I did. Thanks to Igerslondon Instagram group & the Tower of London for the invitation to see this wonderful building.

All Flushed in Hastings, on a recent visit to Hastings we stumbled upon a shop which used to be public toilets. Ironically the shop is called Flushed harking back to its usage 🙂

Barbican conservatory – Green house, 

Amongst the concrete jungle of London lies an oasis of greenery in unexpected places. Last weekend I went to the Barbican Conservatory in north London with the Instagramers London photo walk.

This years holiday was in Bournemouth area. This was the first time I had been back there for the last 15 years. We visited various places in the area. Some of which are Brownsea Island, Poole, Lulworth cove and Christchurch. The area is known as the Jurassic coast. Read more on my blogs with the links below. 

Brownsea Island home of the red squirrels managed to get a photograph of the rare animals.
