Over 40 obstacles on a 5 mile muddy obstacle course in Chiswell Green, St Albans.

At least the day was warm and sunny it took a couple of hours to go round the course.

Splash down…

Half way through the course and you had to carry a tyre…

Nearing the end and you had to pull yourself across the rope with one loose grip and you could end up in the water.

At the finishing line and the medals were handed out. Well done to all who participated for a good cause.

You can find out more about the Peace Hospice Care on their website. Check out their events that are coming up where you can keep fit and help raise funds for the hospice.
