Christmas lights in Regent Street made up of clock parts. Called Timeless Elegance, it is designed by a Belgium company ACT lighting design.

Timeless Elegance – Regent street Christmas lights. It is supposed to be one of the most technically advanced lights with 46,000 leds. Every hour they come to life with moving images so people can see time.
