Fun at the Watford Colour Run for the Peace Hospice Care

Last Sunday was the fun run in aid of the Peace Hospice Care held at Aldenham Country Park on the outskirts of Watford.

The weather didn’t disappoint as over 1000 runners took part from all ages. All for a good cause in helping the Peace Hospice Care raise the money that they need to help people in SW Herts.

Over 20,000 pounds was raised on the day with lots more to come from sponsorship.

The run took place in the beautiful Aldenham Country Park where even Pooh could be found hidden in the woods. Definitely a place to visit again with lots of activities for children even a farm.

If you would like to help the Peace Hospice Care they have more events coming up in the next few months. One of which is the last ever Starlight Walk and the Push it for Peace run. Find out more on their website.
