Sign up for my newsletter and receive these events each month.

October has arrived, and after a record-warm September, will the month continue in the same way? There are lots of events listed below, some of which I will be covering at various press photocalls. Look out for an article later this month on how to get into these events. My annual calendars are nearly ready to be sent to the printers; they will be added to my website in the 2nd half of the month. There will be four calendars: Watford, Fashion, London and my favourite photos from the last 12 months.

Jason Boyd Kinsella’s Anatomy of the Radiant Mind at Unit London – 3rd to 4th November 2023
Jason Boyd Kinsella’s second solo show with Unit London, Anatomy of the Radiant Mind, opens in one week. Kinsella’s portraits and sculptures tap into abstract notions of selfhood, exploring the ‘unseen world’ of the human psyche. Interlocking geometric forms become the foundation for what the artist identifies as “fleshless portraiture”; compositions that strip away layer after layer to reveal the unconscious essence of each subject. More complex in form than previous bodies of work, Anatomy of the Radiant Mind demonstrates the evolution of the artist’s practice, striving to bring clarity to the intangible world of the subconscious self.
