Terms & Conditions for Photography Shoots / Workshops

Please read the information below before purchasing from the MeetUp website / App, where we have our workshops and shoots listed. These terms apply to events listed on the Watford Photography Meetup, London Photography Group and London Instagram.

Payment

Payment is made through PayPal; you do not need to have an account at PayPal. If you want to save extra fees from Meetup, you can pay directly through Chaplin Multimedia using the sales@chaplinmultimedia.co.uk PayPal address. Or, if you want to do a bank transfer, send an email to info@andrewlalchan.co.uk for our bank details.

Equipment

We are not responsible for any damage to your equipment that you might bring to the workshop / shoot. You should have your own insurance.

Accidents

We are not responsible for any injuries at our shoots and workshops.

Refunds / Cancellations

Once you have signed up for one of our events, refunds will be given if the event is cancelled due to the weather or illness of one of our organisers. As most of our events are outside, you will need to follow the Meetup App for notifications about the weather.

If you have signed up and need to cancel 48 hours before the event, and we have a waiting list, we can offer a refund on your fee.
